Flight Departures at El Paso Airport

El Paso International Airport has one single terminal building divided into two levels. The lower level houses the arrivals area to the left and the ticket and check-in counters to the right as well as the main terminal area in the center. The upper level is dedicated to the departures area. The terminal has two concourses, Concourse A and Concourse B. Concourse A serves American Airlines exclusively while Concourse A serves all other flights. Concourse A is also referred to as the West Concourse and Concourse B as the East Concourse.

Concourse A has Gates A1-A4 while Concourse B houses Gates B1-B11.

Drop Off at El Paso International Airport

Travelers and their luggage may be dropped off on curbside, but it is not allowed to leave the vehicle unattended or parked there.

Parking at El Paso International Airport

El Paso Airport has both short and long-term parking options available. The short-term parking lot is located right opposite the terminal building while the long-term parking lots are located slightly to the side. Complimentary shuttles transfer travelers between the long-term lots and the terminal 24/7.

Transfers at El Paso International Airport

Rental Cars – When returning a rented vehicle to one of the car rental companies at El Paso Airport, please follow the instructions from the company in question. The rental car companies are located on the left side of the lower level of the terminal.

Buses – Sun Metro offers two bus routes from downtown El Paso to the airport, Route 33 and Route 50. The routes travel different ways to the airport and will stop in various locations along the way if anyone find themselves on one of the routes.

Greyhound Buses – There is no Greyhound station at the airport, the closest one is in downtown El Paso.

Taxis – It is possible to take any taxi to the airport from the location of origin as long as the taxi provider offers the service. Travelers will be dropped off outside the terminal. More information about taxis to and from El Paso Airport.

Ride Shares – Ride share companies may drop their customers off outside the terminal.

Shuttles – Hotels or commercial shuttles are pre-arranged transfers organized by the traveler through their hotel or the shuttle company directly. Travelers will be dropped off outside the terminal.

Trains – There is no train service available at the airport, but there is a train station serving Amtrak and other rail travel providers located in downtown El Paso. More about rail services near El Paso Airport.

Smartecarts can be found in the Baggage Claim area, but also in Concourse B. Smartecarts might be found in the parking lots.
